Something the platform did not expect went wrong. The error is logged with a request_id you can find in the X-Request-Id response header; supply it when contacting support.

How to fix

• Retry once after a short delay.
• If the error persists, file a support request with the request_id and approximate timestamp so the platform team can correlate logs.
• Status updates for ongoing incidents are posted to the public status page.
