Either the source asset or the generation parameters were rejected by the upstream provider's safety classifier or by Qamera AI's content policy. Common triggers include nudity, copyrighted characters, weapons, or prompts targeting real persons.

How to fix

  • Replace the input asset with a compliant version.
  • Edit the prompt or external_metadata so it does not reference protected content.
