Until now, rejecting a packshot did two things at once: it recorded your verdict and it removed the packshot from your gallery. There was no way back. If you rejected the wrong one, the only remedy was to generate a new packshot and pay for it again.
That was the wrong way round, because rejecting is the ordinary outcome. A generation gives you several packshots, you keep one and reject the rest — so the everyday action was the destructive one.
Rejecting now only removes your approval. The packshot stays where it is, simply no longer marked as approved, exactly as it was before anyone voted on it. Change your mind and approve it, and it counts as approved again with nothing else to do.
Removing a packshot is still available, as its own action. What changed is that you now have to ask for it, rather than getting it as a side effect of a verdict.
Packshots removed under the previous behaviour stay removed. Bringing them back would repopulate galleries with material that was deliberately dismissed, so this applies from here on.
This covers packshots only. Photos from a session were never removed on rejection, and scenes and models keep their current behaviour for now.
