Three of the label wordings describe the person in the photograph, and in Polish and Ukrainian the sentence changes with them. Until now it did not: every export read as though the model were a woman, so a photograph of a male model was captioned „Produkt: sfotografowany. Marek: wygenerowana cyfrowo."
The masculine forms were added a few days ago. What was missing was anything that could choose between them.
Model cards now carry the model's gender. It is decided when the model is generated — the description and the gender come from the same step, so nothing is guessed after the fact. Exports read it from the card and put the sentence in the matching form.
Cards created before today are recorded as female. Every model in the catalogue so far is a woman, so this describes the catalogue as it stands rather than assuming anything. From now on a card without a gender is an anomaly rather than an old record, which is what lets us notice one.
Files you have already exported are untouched. A label that was correct stays at the same address and is not re-made; only a masculine model produces a new file. Nothing you have published changes.
The free label tool asks the same question. At /tools/ai-label a control sits beside the name field wherever the choice changes the sentence, with the feminine form selected by default. It is deliberately not guessed from the name you type: name endings carry gender in Polish and stop doing so for most foreign names.
One thing that is not a mistake: in Ukrainian, the wordings that use the noun модель instead of a name stay in the feminine form for a male model. The adjective there agrees with the noun, not with the person.
