Social-preview copy now matches the visitor's language

Pages shared on Facebook, LinkedIn, X, and messaging apps now display titles and descriptions in English, Polish, or Ukrainian depending on the visitor's locale.

Shared links to marketing pages previously displayed English titles and descriptions in social-media previews regardless of the visitor's locale, reducing click-through rates in Polish and Ukrainian markets. The page-level metadata now resolves translations per request, so a link shared by a Polish visitor shows Polish preview text, and the same holds for Ukrainian. Page content and URLs are unchanged; only the social-preview strings adapt to locale.
