Until now, every Stripe payment required an invoice to be issued manually in our accounting system, which meant orders made on weekends or outside office hours had to wait. From this release, the platform forwards each subscription invoice and each credit-pack purchase to inFakt within seconds and the resulting PDF is sent to the email used during checkout. Polish customers receive a VAT invoice with the company details when a NIP is provided, or a personal invoice when it is not. Stripe checkout now also collects the billing address up front so the invoice can be issued without follow-up. Refunds and proration adjustments continue to be handled manually by our team — no other change to the way payments themselves work.
