Generation views and your credit balance update themselves while you work: a tile fills in when its job finishes, and the balance changes the moment credits are spent or added. That happens over a live connection to our servers.
That connection can stop delivering without anything looking wrong. A tab left open in the background for hours, a laptop resumed from sleep, a network that dropped and came back — in each case the page stays on screen, the numbers stay where they were, and nothing indicates that new information has stopped arriving. Until now the only sign was that nothing ever changed, which is indistinguishable from having nothing to report.
These views now state plainly that live updates are off, next to the refresh control that fixes it. The wording is deliberate: what you are looking at is not wrong, it is simply current as of the last refresh. Your credit balance in particular keeps showing its last confirmed value — it is never blanked or reset to zero, because a stale but true number is more useful than no number.
Refreshing the view, or reopening it, brings everything up to date as before.
