Accounts with more than roughly three hundred uploaded product photos were unable to open the Packshots tab. The page reported an error and showed the message "No products found", which was misleading: the photos were always safe and stored, but the page was unable to load them.
The cause was introduced alongside a recent improvement that prepares smaller previews of every image so that grids and thumbnails load faster. Preparing those previews meant requesting three times as many image links at once, and past a certain library size the request became too large to complete.
The list now loads its image links in smaller portions, so it opens in full regardless of how many photos you have. If a preview cannot be prepared, the affected item now appears without its thumbnail instead of the whole page failing, so you keep access to the rest of your work.
