Billing Page Fixes

Resolved errors on the billing page that occurred when no active subscription was present or when only a credit pack order was active.

Fixed an issue where the billing page displayed an error for accounts without an active subscription or with only a one-time credit pack purchase. The page now correctly renders billing information regardless of subscription status.
